Each piece is printed when you order. That keeps waste low — and shapes how returns work.
Made to order
Because apparel is produced after checkout, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, fit preference, or color preference. Please use the size chart on each product page.
Defects & damage
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly defective, email contact@lfostudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order email, photos of the issue, and your shipping address. We will replace the item or refund — your choice when we confirm the issue.
Wrong item
If we send the wrong size, color, or product, we cover return shipping for the incorrect piece and send the right one, or refund in full.
